Memorandum of Understanding
On September 29, 2020 Natural Law Energy (NLE) and TC Energy (TCE) signed a historic partnership agreement that established NLE and TCE collaboration on energy projects across Turtle Island (North America). The first of these projects was Keystone XL. Despite the U.S' President's executive action to revoke the permit for Keystone XL, NLE and TCE continue to jointly assess and move forward with substantial infrastructure project partnerships. We honour our grandmothers and grandfathers by developing our shared business with integrity and showing responsibility to our Nations and traditional territories. Natural law, with constitutional governance and modern corporate protocols, is ensuring the health and well-being of Mother Earth for the next seven generations.

Natural Law Energy and its Partner Nations shared a united message that this equity and initiation of a long-term partnership, including subsequent investment in potential future projects, will contribute to near-term and inter-generational prosperity, and change the socio-economic fabric of each Indigenous community.
